K12 Strong Workforce Program Round Six
K12 Strong Workforce Program funds will create, support, and/or expand high-quality career technical education programs at the K12 level that are aligned with the workforce development efforts occurring through the California Community Colleges Strong Workforce Program and regional priorities.
The K12 Strong Workforce Program Grant RFA Instructions, application requirements, and other materials are available online and may be accessed at the Chancellor’s Office website. Eligible applicants must submit their application via the Chancellor’s Office NOVA system by October 6, 2023, 5:00 P.M. New NOVA users can create an account to access the application.
Any questions about specifications in the Request for Applications must be submitted in writing and received by 5:00 pm on Wednesday, September 21, 2023 via email to: K12SWP@cccco.edu.
Breaking Barriers to Employment Initiative
The Foundation for California Community Colleges, in partnership with the California Workforce Development Board, is pleased to announce the RFA release for up to $4.2M in available grant funding through the AB 628 Breaking Barriers to Employment Initiative.

The purpose of the initiative is to provide services to individuals with barriers to employment to allow them to enter, participate in, and complete workforce preparation, training, and education programs aligned with regional labor market needs through innovative approaches to addressing racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic disparities.
