Purpose
The STEP project will provide to students with disabilities: Job preparation training, including job exploration, workplace readiness skills training and work-based learning experiences, year-round paid W2 work-based learning experiences, training in self-advocacy and setting personal goals, counseling in postsecondary training opportunities, and career exploration counseling
Eligible to Access Funding
- Either a Local Workforce Development Board of California (LWDB) or an America’s Job Center of California (AJCC) seeking to increase services provided to students with
- disabilities
