Purpose
Previously known as the Low Carbon Economy Workforce Program, this program funds climate-focused projects that meet the requirements of CWDB’s High Road Training Partnership (HRTP) model. The goal of the High Road Training Partnerships model is to fund training partnerships with high-road employers to directly increase the number of skilled workers from underserved populations in high-quality jobs in priority sectors.
