Purpose
The California Community Colleges Chancellor’s Office, Workforce and Economic Development Division, is offering New & Innovative Pre-Apprenticeship and Apprenticeship Implementation Grants and Apprenticeship Expansion Grants to support Community College Districts, County Offices of Education, and K–12 Local Educational Agencies in implementing or expanding planned or existing registered apprenticeship and pre-apprenticeship programs in priority and emerging sectors, with a focus on increasing access for underserved communities.
